As a Project Coordinator, AKM will provide consulting services coordinating various phases of repairs with the client, property owner/manager, owner's association, project consultants, contractor(s), or other party of interest.

• Consulting and determination of scope of repair
• Preparation and Coordination of the following:
  • Repair plans and specifications
  • Request for Proposal
  • Invitation to Bid
  • Requests for Information
  • Detailed bid review and comparison
  • Contract award
• Coordinate permit documentation and pre-construction phase
• Consulting and coordination during construction phase, including:
  • Observations during construction
  • Review and coordinate Change Orders
  • Verification of work performed by project consultants and contractors in comparison to contract scope
  • Review payment requests by project consultants and contractors in comparison to bids, proposals and/or estimates provided
• Coordinate post-construction phase and/or project close-out
